MEET KAT CAMMACK

Congresswoman Kat Cammack is a constitutional conservative who proudly represents Florida’s 3rd Congressional District.

Her journey to becoming the youngest Republican Congresswoman in the 117th Congress began in 2011 after her family lost their cattle ranch to a cruel Obama-era program. As a result of losing their home, Kat and her family were faced with homelessness. The loss of her family’s home and way of life would serve as the spark that pushed her to fight back against big government and dedicate her life to public service.

After graduating from the U.S. Naval War College, Kat would move on to become former Representative of Florida’s 3rd Congressional District Ted Yoho’s Deputy Chief of Staff. Following Yoho’s retirement in 2020, Kat knew that she was the best person to fill his vacant seat and fight for her district in Washington. Despite a crowded and competitive Republican primary, she emerged victoriously and would then go on to easily defeat her Democratic opponent in the 2020 U.S. General Election.

Since being elected to the House of Representatives, Congresswoman Kat Cammack has quickly become an outspoken, young leader in the GOP. She has worked tirelessly to represent the people of her district well, and she has proven to be a hardworking and steadfast supporter of the conservative values that she and her constituents live by.

Outside of her life as a public servant, Kat is also a dedicated wife to her husband Matt, a Gainesville native. For many years, he has faithfully served the Gainesville Fire Department as a firefighter/paramedic and SWAT medic.
